At Luxury Living Group, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if your selection is not the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items in original condition. Please note that bespoke and custom-made furniture pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our Concierge Team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item in its current condition.

    Prepare for Collection

    Ensure the item is securely placed in its original luxury packaging with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    White-Glove Pickup

    Our specialized white-glove logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time and perform a preliminary inspection of the item.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality control assessment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
